Project Managing CE Technical File

Chain & Rope Suppliers & Hoistech had now a database full of supplied products to customers. The key ingredient they were missing was a database to store all fabricated products. A file was needed to which a fabricated products could abide by CE standards. A database was needed to link the already up and running Manufacturing Log database. Anything manufactured in house was to be then placed in the CE Technical File area. Once in the IN FABRICATION CE Technical area meant that a birth certificate of that product could not be produced until all relevant fields were filled. Calculations & Drawings, Calibration Documentation, Load Test, Material Documentation, Paint finish, & Welding Documentation. All documentation must be put against the product. Once added the file could then be added to the next stage: TO BE QC CHECKED. Quality checking that all documentation was there before being saved. Once checked the file is now placed under COMPLETED. The certs are now made available. All files associated with the product and birth certificates can now be saved as a zip file and placed in the company server.
